- 15,000 cuts per 8 hours for 20 mm cutting stroke with material feeding distance of 115 mm.
- Feeding system with servomotor allows precise position accuracy of ±0.2mm.
- Synchronized pneumatic knockout and stacking station including stacking conveyor and knockout plates.
- During cutting, auto tune function increases the cutting depth, which countervails the abrasion of die.
- Punching slug web collecting by vacuum device.
- Pad shift device prolonging the life of both the die and the cutting pad.
- All cylinder rods, exposed columns and moving parts are seal-protected against abrasive entry.
