Off roll or unwind stands can be easily added to the T-500 System for off-roll welding.
When used with off roll stands, the T-500 can weld fabric continuously without operator assistance.
The two unwind stands are positioned in front of the welding system and the T-500 will pull the fabric off the two rolls, seaming them together without stopping.
Using an unwind and a footage control, one operator can have a welder and sheeter in one operation. This system eliminates the need to pre-cut fabric.
