The MTL-NS is a manual loading magnetic tape laying machine that lays roll magnetic tape onto a variety of sheet overlay materials.
After laying the tape onto the overlay,the sheets are gathered on the stacking stand, ready to be removed from machine.
The pressure and heat of each laying roller press can be individually controlled & adjusted, minimizing the surface area subjected to heat.
- adjustable operation speed up to a maximum speed of 5 meters a minute.
- suitable for overlay material ranging 0.03~0.8mm in thickness, 330-700 mm in width.
- pinch roller-feeding system with servomotor perform a laying accuracy ±0.15mm.
- single rewind stand for backing foil with 10 tape tracks.
- mechanical design taht the laying roller presses does not always press onto the same places.
