Automatic Electric Grommeting Machine Simple Distribution for Metallic Eyelets

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

This machine punches and sets the eyelet/grommet in one stroke.
Automatic clutch ensures one stroke at each depression of the pedal.
if it is necessary washers has to be placed by hand.
The tooling area of the machine includes a lever with a security ring to protect the operator from injury.
Simple and fast to change Hopper, Raceway and Tools for different size of the eyelets.
Set eyelets/grommets from 2 to 17 mm. diameter.
Can be bench mounted or mounted on castors for simple floor movement between setting positions.
Input voltage can be 380 V. 3 phases, or 220 V. single phase, or 220 V. 3 phases.
A target light for accurate positioning of the eyelet is offered as an optional extra.
