JOIN THE DOREY ADVENTURE: After-Sales Service Maintenance Technician (M/F)

DOREY SA, a family-owned company based in the Drôme region, is a key player in the sale and after-sales service of equipment for cutting and welding flexible materials. Active on the European market, we support leaders in sectors such as heat-sealable plastics, technical textiles, filters, the medical and automotive industries, credit cards, and more.

As part of our growth, we are looking for our future “technical ambassador” to support our customers by providing advice, installation, training, and maintenance of our equipment across Europe.

Your Missions: From expertise to knowledge sharing

• Commissioning & FAT/SAT: Participate in factory tests and lead installations at customer sites.
• Maintenance: Carry out preventive and corrective operations, and perform remote diagnostics to ensure maximum productivity.
• Training & Consulting: Become the technical reference able to train operators and advise customers on optimizing their processes.
• Innovation: Contribute ideas to improve our programs (PLCs, industrial PCs) and our monitoring methods.

Your Profile

• Education: 2–3-year technical degree in electrotechnics, automation, or industrial maintenance.
• Experience: You have at least 2 years of successful experience in industrial machine maintenance.
• Languages: English is mandatory (intermediate level) to communicate comfortably in writing and speaking with our international partners.
• Soft Skills: Autonomy, curiosity, strong adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Practical Information

• Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI) – Executive status.
• Working hours: Full time.
• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Location: Châtillon-Saint-Jean (Drôme).
