Automatic foam splitting machines with band knife.
The SM-618K and SM-618-2WD are automatic machines designed for precise and consistent splitting of foams and flexible materials. Their automatic blade positioning, continuous sharpening and motorized feed roller adjustment ensure consistent cutting thickness and excellent productivity.
The two models mainly differ in their cutting capacity: the SM-618K is suitable for materials up to 60 Shore C and cutting thicknesses up to 150 mm, while the SM-618-2WD can process harder materials up to 85 Shore C, with a cutting thickness of up to 50 mm.
