Automatic Loop Splitting Machine.
The SM-690T is an automatic band knife splitting machine with a vacuum conveyor, designed for processing industrial foams such as EVA, PE, TPE, rubber, SBR, NBR, CR and EPDM. It allows single-sheet and loop splitting, with automated feeding and collection.
Equipped with an integrated welding system, it can join EVA or PE sheets to create a continuous loop for splitting. Splitting and collection are therefore carried out on a single machine, reducing handling and the need for additional equipment.
Automatic thickness adjustment by PLC, with only 3 mm of residual material on the table, optimizes material usage and reduces transfer and collection operations. The block is automatically aligned and repositioned by the PLC, without manual operator intervention.
