Automatic endless blade splitting machine.
The SM-690R is an automatic endless blade splitting machine with a closed-loop vacuum conveyor, designed for industrial foams such as EVA, PE, rubber, SBR, NBR and CR.
It enables single-sheet, loop, fixed-length and multi-cycle splitting, with simultaneous loading of several sheets and continuous automatic cycles. Automatic thickness adjustment, blade positioning and material alignment are controlled by PLC via touchscreen.
An integrated welding system allows continuous loops to be created directly on the machine, combining splitting and collection while reducing the need for additional equipment.
