SM-400-TA NEW GENERATION

DUAL AXIS CUTTING AND MARKING TABLE

This is a cutting table available with dual ultrasonic tools and a wheel blade for transverse fabric detachment.

Redesigned in 2019, with the following improvements:
- Increased machine operating speed. Up to 25 m / min.
- Improved cutting precision with new friction rollers and new high-resolution brushless motors (over 8 million pulses / revolution).
- New ultrasonic unit rotation mechanism eliminates backlash, enabling greater cutting precision.
- Improved visibility when inserting fabric into the machine. Operator visibility has been improved for an easier, faster cutting cycle.
- Laminated top with edges.
- New machine safety features. Integrated side gate management.
- New software. EPMS allows the machine to work in complete autonomy. It is now possible to manage the storage magazine, including the magazine outside the machine. EPMS manages the unloading of cut material, residues and remote access to the machine.
- Partial history storage. EPMS does not reset incomplete jobs to zero, but stores them, enabling them to be completed at a later date.
- Dual workstation: 1 PC workstation and 1 touchscreen workstation, both active and usable at the same time.

Available features :
- (available) n. 2 ultrasonic tools with automatic positioning, including one with rotation for cross-cutting ;
- n. 1 pneumatic cutter ;
- faster side winding;
- lighting system to identify fabric defects;
- optical reading of fabric width ;
- end-of-roll detection;

Productivity (cycle time) on 4,000 mm width and 5,000 mm projection = 155 sec (approx.).
Tolerance in length (0-1 mm) and square (0-2 mm diagonally) of a 5,000 mm sheet.

The tolerances observed during a customer visit, on the new-generation SM-400-TA machine model, during a machining phase are +/- 2 mm lengthwise and +/- 1 mm diagonally for a 5,000 mm fabric.
The cycle time, as shown in the latest video shared with you, indicates a practical time of 155 seconds net (from introduction of the sheet into the machine, to completion of the last cut and repositioning of the bridge to zero position).
